Gareth Jones FRICS

Gareth Jones has been a Surveyor for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked for the in-house property departments of major corporations such as Associated British Ports and The British Printing Corporation. He has also worked in private practice for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Gareth set up Jones Granville in 1993 and is the Director of the company.

Outside of work, Gareth’s interests are rugby and cricket, previously as a player but now as a spectator.

Madeleine Rochay MA BA

Madeleine’s background is in the humanitarian sector working for organisations such as the International Organisation for Migration and the UN. Madeleine holds a degree in International Relations and World Economy as well as a Master in Human Rights.

It is her interest in property investments that led her into the property sector. Madeleine joined Jones Granville in October 2005 and since then has been responsible for providing client support, together with commercial property management, marketing and other aspects of the business.

Madeleine’s approach to business is straight forward - only by action do you achieve successful results.

Her personal interests include: classical music, art and history.
