Gareth Jones FRICS

Gareth Jones has been a Surveyor for over 25 years. During this time, he has worked for the in-house property departments of major corporations such as Associated British Ports and The British Printing Corporation. He also worked in the property department of the Daily Mirror Group at the time of Robert Maxwell, and prior to that, Jones Lang LaSalle.

Gareth set up Jones Granville in 1993 and is the Director of the company.

Gareth has three daughters, two of whom are 7-year old twins. With any spare time Gareth's interests are rugby and cricket, previously as a player but now as a spectator.

Lucy Dunglinson BSc (Hons) PGDipSurveying

Lucy holds the position of Property Manager. She joined the company in August 2010 and brings her previous property experience ranging from a Compulsory Purchase Order of Leeds city centre, to Project Manager for regeneration schemes in Selby, to Property Manager in Auckland, New Zealand most recently.

Lucy has a very helpful and proactive approach, and excels at interpreting and delivering to client needs.

Her current interests are snowboarding, tango and discovering London's hidden gems on a Boris Bike.
